Rhinestones, Rhinestuds and Pearl / Glitter iron on appliques could be purchased as iron-on templates - you could iron-on Yourself or choose MTC's Full Service option and have us design, create and apply desired design to your custom made order which we will DHL conveniently back to your company.
MTC is able to design Rhinestones, Rhinestuds and Pearl / Glitter Monograms, Names, Slogans and Company Logo's (almost all logos could be converted into a rhinestone or rhinestud design)!

Production time of your custom made design(s) would be approx. 21 working days after receipt of payment (we do accept PayPal payments) and is subjected to quantity and complexity of each order.
- Design: artwork files are best sent over the internet in a simple common graphics format such as .jpg, .tif, .gif, .pcx, .png, .bmp, .eps, etc., (If you would like to sent Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw - Version 9 to12- files please do convert respective files to curves first). Submit details such as: Size (mm or cm) and colour(s);
- Order Qty: Total number of design appliques required?
- Timeframe (Date): Any specific date you need your design appliques?
- Shipping Info: Your companies full address so that DHL or Airfreight shipping costs can be quoted.

- How to apply transfer ready (Hot-Fix) Custom Rhinestone, Rhinestud and Pearl Designs:
1) Take-off protective foil from the film/tape - The clear adhesive film will hold the design in place;
2) Place the transfer design onto required position of fabric;
3) Place some ironing fabric on top of the transfer film and close the heat press or directly iron-on - Set iron on medium or wool setting. (NO STEAM OR MOISTURE). Use medium amount of pressure on the iron. DO NOT MOVE the iron back and forth, keep in on pressing for 10-15 seconds. Note: heavier fabrics require more time, lighter fabrics require less time - always iron on a hard flat surface;
4) Turn the fabric inside out and heat press or directly iron-on once again for an additional 10-15 seconds;
5) After 3 minutes carefully remove the film/tape. Allow the fabric to cool off;
6) Turn the fabric inside out for washing. Set dryer temperature low;
Tips & Tricks:
- You may reposition the design before iron-on. If you move a stone or stud out of postion, use a tweezer and carefully replace the crystal to it's original position!
NOTE: ONCE IRONED-ON, the design will stick "PERMANENTLY"!
