Backed by MTC's team of professionals our sampling section is well equiped to deliver innovative unique products and ideas in order to follow future trends and requirements of the international garment markets.
MTC will design and stitch-out your production-ready embroidery design sample: -
1) How do you ensure the quality of the embroidery?
We will stitch and inspect each design in order to ensure its quality - some digital scan (.jpg via email attachment) of the actual embroidery will be provided (prior to DHL) with each order.
2) How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website using the form provided below or our order & quote form or you can simply send us a normal email following this address: info@mtcdigital.com
3) Do I need to submit professional artwork (embroidery file)?
- The quality of your artwork determine the quality of the embroidery design. Whenever possible, we would appreciate some relatively clear artwork image of about 300 dpi resolution;
- Embroidery file formats: we except all popular design formats;
4) How much do you charge for digitizing & sample stitching?
- Please refer to our PRICELIST for details on respective design digitizing;
- Sample stitch-out: US$/€ 0.49 per 1000 stitches (minimum charge: US$ 35.00) including standard fabric charges;
- Mailings of sample embroidery: via DHL courier service (DHL charges will apply);
- Payments by Normal T.T. Bank Transfer or through Paypal;
